Staff good, but hotel is...

Liked: Staff was amazing. Rebecca and Tylan were especially great.
Disliked: Did not feel safe. Checked out after first night due to crazy person roaming the halls, banging on doors, and screaming they had a gun.

Liked: The location of the breakfast room was very good. But we did not eat breakfast so we can't judge the food.
Disliked: When we checked the first room we were assigned it looked like someone had used a crowbar to break in because the frame was all busted. The security latch was missing and all that was there was holes where the screws was. When we reported it we was given another room that the window was cracked and the corner of the picture above the bed was broken. Which we reported so they didn't think we did the damage. Then when we got ready to go to bed and turned down the covers there was a long black hair on the fitted sheet so we pulled the flat sheet over the fitted sheet and slept on the flat sheet after getting a tissue and removing the hair from the fitted sheet.

Liked: Easy to get too, right off the highway
Disliked: The fact the pool wasn’t open. They didn’t disclose that before booking

Disliked: Pool was closed. Room layout not the greatest. The luggage cart was falling apart. Had to hold it together. Curb layout very poor for use of cart. Noisy.

Liked: The location was perfect, the room was a decent size and worked for me and my family. The staff were very friendly.
Disliked: I had to ask for two additional sets of towels twice and never received them, they were by our door when we returned from our family activities for the day. The hot tub was out of service which was one of the amenities that I was looking forward to utilizing.
