Liked: Loved the room and location
Disliked: They hydro went out and staff were unable to fix it or try to accommodate

It was a nightmare

Liked: The staff is very friendly and nice but nothing is in their hands I guess
Disliked: The Jacuzzi was not working, indoor swimming pool heater was out of order and water was cold. We had to change the room 2 times because of cleanliness and toilet getting clogged.

Great place for a getaway...

Liked: Our room was clean, bed was really comfortable and it was very quiet. Pool looked great. We did not swim but it looked very inviting.
Disliked: No much to watch on the tv.

Great front desk staff, great...

Liked: Centrally located close to downtown. Plenty of amenities such as indoor pool, hot tub and breakfast included.
Disliked: There was no hand soap in bathroom and the body wash pump was either empty or would not dispense any body wash. I had my own back up wash but that seemed off that such simple staples weren’t there in deluxe suite.
