Liked: Great customer service
Disliked: Pool was not clean spa in the hotel didn't work it was also not clean the a.c. didn't keep the room cool in 102 and 103

Liked: Honestly , I’m disgusted with the staff here.
Disliked: Hotel desk receptionist was RUDE , kept asking to speak with a manager & he was “ unavailable “ and couldn’t talk we didn’t even stay in the room because the AC unit was not working it was hot we could not get a refund not even a partial refund could not get another room without paying an addition $100 deposit
