Worst hotel we Have ever...

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: normally we only send praises...but in this case...we are sending complaints...Dead bolt would not lock on our door, chain to lock the door missing the chain, bathroom door would not close & was falling off the hinges, bathroom fan did not work, bathroom faucets sprayed all over you, stain on bathroom shower & mirror, hairs in tub, icemaker in hall was broke, chair in our room covered in black filth, A/C barely worked, could not get an extra pillow, stains on the bedspread, no food at breakfast ( I asked if we missed it.. he said available for another hour, went back 20 minutes later, nothing there, had to go our for breakfast, rear entrance was not locked & broke and people were walking in & out that I do not believe were guests there, smoke detector in our room was open & assume did not work. Worst hotel we Have ever stayed... Would NEVER stay here ever again....!!!!!

Disliked: Equipment in room did not work in rm 137.like the ac/ heater. So we were moved to room 237. TV did not work in that room and there was no microwave. On our return trip we were in room 135 and room smelled of bleach. Several pieces of flooring were coming loose. The bathroom door bottom hinge was not attached. The refrigerator was plugged into an outlet that wud turn off with light switch. We did not know that so food in fridge was warm in the morning.The door to room was not locking properly leaving it easy to push open.

Disliked: Broken loose tiles in bathroom, no coffee pot for the coffee maker, stained sheets and worn out pillows. I had to rehang the curtains, they were falling down!

Liked: The first room smelled like cat urine and there was clumps of cat hair still on the floor and wax from some candle. The staff worked their hardest to get me into a different room,Which was better (ish). The whole place is the definition of “you get what you pay for”
