Liked: These guys charged me and extra $250 dollars on top of my $99.99 room charge. This has happened twice as the guy at the front desk has the WORST GUEST SERVICE SKILLS of anyone I have ever been in contact with. In the last year alone I stayed in 19 hotels never had any problems I stayed in this specific hotel twice and one time he told me the room would be 1:15 and he charged me $154 and then this time the room was supposed to be 99.99 through booking.com and he charged me an extra $250 I need my money back because I talked to the local PD and this is a felony

Disliked: - the strong cooking smell in the corridor at night.- the wobbly/ broken toilet. - there were only 2 bath towels in the room even though I mentioned that we were 3 adults in my reservation. I had to go to the lobby to ask for one but I had to wait for a long time before getting it because there was only one employee at the reception with 8 clients waiting to check-in.
