Disliked: I booked a room for $78 and pay at location. When I arrived at 3pm my room had been canceled. He said he tried to take the money off my card at 8am October 12th. but it declined. I asked why and I chose pay at property on October 12th. He said cause the rates went up to $155. I asked him why he said because off a college football game was in the city.that day. He said I can get the room for $155 plus tax. I refused and went somewhere else. I was already locked in at a certain rate and I shouldn't have been canceled to then be charged $155 at the property that amount. He said he had plenty of rooms available but when I went back on line he had changed the price and had no rooms available. I feel like it was gouging because of an event goin on that day.

Liked: They gave my non smokin room away that i booked 4 days in advanced, they gave me a smoking room which stunk, and as i was leaving i saw a roach on the walk
