Liked: Got to the room and the AC did not work moved us to another room and the spicket in the tub did not work properly for a shower
Disliked: Only coffee and three Donuts to a package and two kinds of donuts

Liked: Thank you so much I appreciate because found the hotel when we moved out Tampa because the Milton hurricane came to my city. Anything hotel sold out rooms, but I found that hotel. Thanks God and thanks for your service help my family.

Massive Regret

Liked: The location was right off the interstate, and the staff were so kind.
Disliked: We had to pay double our deposit (already paid thru the app) in cash (wouldn't accept cards) - facilities were disturbingly stained and dirty, including our towels, the carpet, the walls, and the lampshades - smoke detectors had plastic bags over them - sheets were an amenity and the blanket provided was more like a couch throw - rooms were so humid everything stayed damp, and they had no dehumidifiers to help us - breakfast provided was a 3 pack of mini donuts - walls were paper thin, we could hear talking/banging in the halls and other rooms constantly.

Liked: Overall the staff was friendly.
Disliked: They could have refunded us as soon as I waited 6 hours for a remote control to arrive to adjust my TV that never arrived. The floor was very filthy and the Ac had a bunch of food and debris all in the vents. Continued drug and prostitution ongoing both nights. Never got any sleep here at all. I asked for refund after first night and was denied and checked and no vacancy anywhere else. So we toughed it out one more night and that's when we heard nonstop beating on the wall and loud music. Had people asking me for drugs when I walked to my car to get my toothbrush. It felt like jail with no supervision and cells. Anything goes at that Super 8 evidently. I will be writing the mayor's office of that county and our local Lt.Governor here in Tallahassee Florida..
