Superb

I enjoyed my stay and...

Liked: Staff offered fast and friendly service and price was very affordable.
Disliked: Room was not very handicapped friendly. Beds were a little too high for me, a person who has back and knee issues. Bathroom wasn’t handicapped friendly either. Refrigerator had an awful smell upon opening it, I purchased a box of baking soda to quiet smell down.

Pleasant

Liked: The front staff was friendly even when I messed up on my check in date they fixed it for me and I was able to check in a day early. The room was standard but no coffee maker so I went and bought me one. The breakfast is lacking!!! Cold muffins and juice or coffee. That's it ...
Disliked: No coffee maker in the room and my phone in room wasn't working to call front desk . I needed extra towels but had to wait till next day when house keeping came in. And the damn ice machine was broken on first floor, I am disabled so me climbing stairs was a bit much for me. And getting back down the steps was a challenge also.

Liked: The bed was everything!!
Disliked: Traffic but that can’t be helped

Liked: I loved the staff they were so helpful. When I was checking out, my key card stopped working while I was taking things to my car, and the staff fixed my card, so I was able to get all my things before leaving. Also the bed was so comfortable. Normally, the beds in hotels i stay in are too hard or too soft.
Disliked: Everything was perfect. I have no complaints.
