Liked: I have always had good times at Super 8. But this time I'm not happy. Because for some reason, I was not allowed to have visitors to my room. And was not told by the staff. They just told my friend that he could not go to my room. I am very upset about this . And I will NOT be staying their again.
Disliked: I also don't understand why my stays are not counted for my rewards. I know that I have stayed their at Super 8 every month for the last year. Sometimes 6 nights. But where are all my rewards and free nights? Windham owes me.

Liked: I was able to have a warm and safe place to get out of the cold.
Disliked: The appliances were not clean in the room and was mold in the refrigerator. Also no towels, had to go ask for them.

Requesting refund due to toilet...

Disliked: Had to move to 3 different rooms due to poor plumbing, 3rd room reeked of urine!! I am requesting a refund. Thank you in advance

All in all it was...

Liked: Breakfast ok.
Disliked: They could have served continental breakfast instead of waffles that you have to prepare yourself.

J just wishing couldbhave visitors...

Disliked: I couldn't have my brother come and visit us because they said we weren't aloud to have any visitors at all, and my brother was here only for a shirt amount of time
