Disliked: the hotel refused the guest service and the org who paid for the hotel needs a refund - period - please confirm how we can proceed with this matter - thank you - we are a service agency helping the community and do not agree to pay for services that vulnerable parties do not receive - we also complain about the indignity with which the guest was treated at the hotel - to avoid further action on our part we need this reimbursement to be processed asap

Liked: There was nt breakfast, you don't have access to the lobby, they take care of you through a window like a jail. the location is great
Disliked: The customer service, the front desk people were very rude. I was talking in front of my room because my son was sleeping and an asian lady pass by and took an unauthorized picture of me and my room door, she made feel that I was stealing or something.
