I've used ConcertHotels.com a few times now and usually everything is spot-on. This was a first, and hopefully a last mistake. If it is the hotel's fault, then something should be said to the hotel to prevent future issues. If it is the website's fault, then there should be some compensation made.

Liked: Went outside to smoke and still had a decent stay.
Disliked: Not sure who's mistake it was, but I had reserved a smoking room and got non-smoking instead! I was told by the motel that the website did not relay that info correctly. And they couldn't fix it - there were no smoking rooms available.

Very good

Liked: Proximity to Dunkin Donuts, Buffalo Wild Wings, as well as the New Island trail system for those that want an easy spot to run or hike nearby.
Disliked: Some rooms are in better shape than others.

Very disappointed with cleanliness and...

Disliked: The room felt dirty, the tub/shower was dirty.There was bugs crawling on ceiling, I had to kill.I arrived around 7pm and was checking out at 5am.I was woken by very loud people in next room whom were screaming and fighting at a volume of 100 from 12:30am to 3:00am.I tried to call front desk no answer.I replied to text message I received telling me to ask for whatever I needed, and no response either.I was very upset because of no sleep and no response to help.

Liked: The bedroom was renovated. Very nice comfortable bed
Disliked: Outside looked very dreary. Breakfast was terrible. Coffee sucked. All they had was a few muffins wrapped in plastic. No juice, no fruit no cereal. Very disappointing

Liked: Location near hartwick College and many restaurants including Denny's
Disliked: Breakfast was minimal but coffee was good

Great place to stay

Liked: Good place to stay if you like a no frills, clean, comfortable place to stay. Room was super clean, room made up every day. No pool, no fitness center. Just a nice clean place to stay.
Disliked: No elevator but not a real big deal since they only have 2 floors.

Disliked: I think it was overpriced, the “breakfast” didn’t have many options to eat, (I was really upset about it)I think it was a good place to spend a few nights, but if I needed to stay longer, I would not stay here.
