Liked: The location was easy to get to plenty of parking and the lobby and breakfast areas were very clean.
Disliked: The hot tub and the indoor pool was not heated/ heating properly. The bathroom in the room had a broken “rod” and wouldn’t hold the shower head up at all the bathtub plug wouldn’t stay in and wouldn’t hold water for a bath. There were live cockroaches in the bedroom one in the toilet bowl and around the desk. Staff was very noisy even yelling in utility closets near our room, and got told by staff (very rudely) it wasn’t their fault the hot tub wasn’t hot.

Disliked: Pretty much everything. Spilled a soda on the sheets, went to get clean sheets and they said they did not have extras. staying 2 nights. Made key disabled because we said we might have a pet the 2nd night. We would pay deposit then, just in case it did not show. We had to pay a deposit before enabling our key the beginning of 2nd day. Housekeeping knocking on door morning asking for sheets and towels if we had any dirty. Not even close to checkout. My adult daughter went out to car and propositioned. Would never stay there again

Liked: Room was pretty nice for the price
Disliked: Staff was very rude and unprofessional. They tried to make me give them a $50 cash deposit to rent an $80 room. When I protested they just made a copy of my credit card and gave me the room key which. Then, they didn’t have any breakfast in the morning and when I asked about it, the front desk attendant seemed very bothered and gave me 2 granola bars and a yogurt.
