Liked: We ended up leaving the motel and going across the street to another hotel. We did not stay the night in your establishment. The bed was a joke and my husband and myself could not sleep in it for it was sagging and very, very smelly. I tried to nap in the afternoon and ended up calling around to find another hotel. I think that mattress hasn't been changed...ever! The tv wasn't working when we came in but the staff came to fix it. The man who came ignored us completely when asked questions and just nodded or not to anything asked. He did fix the issue though. Very unfriendly guy. It was kinda like, 'us against them' attitude, meaning we were the enemy. That is how it felt. The woman at the front desk said our reservations were wrong. We booked through Booking.com which said we would get two kings for both rooms. She saw us hemming and hawing because we needed another bed for the kiddo we were taking to Frontier City. She did give us a room with one extra bed. I was going to cancel the booking and go elsewhere and she sensed it. She also answered a personal call while she was checking us in. Bad form there.
Disliked: Beds are horrible. Staff unfriendly and stand-offish. 'Us against them' attitude, with 'us' being the enemy. The guest.Not very friendly front office personnel. I certainly did not feel welcomed or like 'a guest'.Going back to that area the end of October and booked across the street. They have a pool as well and were very welcoming on the phone...also said, they would gladly hold our rooms until four as we cannot get to the city before that time. I hope they keep their word. lol

I really enjoyed the location...
