Very disappointing

Liked: There was 2 types of cereal, packaged oatmeal or bread for breakfast options, with dairy milk, coffee and juice. No dairy-free milk option was available for the cereal, no source of protein or even fruit. Very disappointing
Disliked: The mattresses were too hard, there were stains on the very thin bed cover, blood stains on the blow dryer cord in the bathroom in one of the rooms we stayed in, weird drip stains on bathroom door and visible dust on nightstand. The carpet was very dirty and one of the rooms we got was not none-smoking even though that’s what we requested at booking. The photos online are deceiving, it looks nothing like that in real life.
