Passable but not great like...

Liked: Breakfast mediocre. Location great. Great value however.
Disliked: Shower/tub did not drain, well it did after about 15 minutes with the water turned off. Standing in dirty soapy water not ideal!

Very good

Liked: The location and price were great! The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Also the heat/ac unit was very quiet which is rarely the case in some hotels.
Disliked: I have zero complaints.
