Almost a perfect stay

Liked: The room had all advertised amenities, and was cleaned spotlessly every day of my stay. I was impressed by the cleaning and room service. Staff are friendly, and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location, next to the highway, but it is not noisy at night.
Disliked: There are clearly some long stay guests at this hotel, living on the property. They are quite noisy, and played loud music every night, requiring me to call hotel staff to ask them to stop this. They also had a very noisy pet. This hotel would be perfect if they stopped people from living in the rooms.
