Disliked: dirty bathroom, walls had water damage which caused rotting holes at baseboards. Saw a roach. I'm not sure if it was just a Palmetto or not. But pricing of room equaled the rundown condition of entire hotel.The room was labeled 100 % handicapped accessible but it had a tub shower and they just had a shower chair next to the tub. My daughter is in a wheelchair and can't walk! There was not enough room to maneuver her wheelchair and get in the shower. The beds where about 12 inches too high to again maneuver easily. A car parked in tow away spot that is used for wheelchair manoeuvring next to handicapped spot. This car park ther anyway and blocked the ramp to wheel her in. One night I'll be irritated bit let it slide but it parked there for 3 nights! Sign in front of parking spot said tow away zone but she was never towed. When advertising a room is handicap accessible then it should be 100% ADA compliant. This was not. The only thing in the room to label it accessible was the handrails in the bathroom. Counter and sink too high. No roll in shower, handrails only on left side of toilet.
