Having stayed therebefore, expected a...

Liked: We had stayed there before, no problems…Good location for access to Juno Beach…
Disliked: I walked into the room given, immediately walked down to concierge (&3:30 PM) and he rudely said too late, you already picked the number( suggested by him!) it smelled of chlorine, old mattress, old pillows, dirty bathroom, and water pressure very “slow”, etc… Very disappointing.

Lower cost, but You Get...

Liked: We rented a suite, so it was quite large with a kitchen area that we really didn't use. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel is in a good location. The staff, especially Carl, were very helpful. The pool is large and folks were enjoying it. The room rate was the most reasonable compared to other hotels in the area, but for some obvious reasons.
Disliked: The hotel is an older structure, thus battered around the edges. Only coffee and juice for breakfast. Our air conditioning had to get a fan motor, and then didn't cool for more than a couple of hours. Finally, the hotel WIFI only worked sporadically.

Very good place and clean

Liked: Breakfast was coffee and muffins and juice
Disliked: The laundry machines for detergent. Lost two tokens.

Roaches!!!!!!

Liked: The girl that checked us in was nice
Disliked: We had roaches in our room! When we went the first night to the staff he stated “ you should have checked the room before you paid”!!!The next morning more roaches and in the second room we booked. We ended up leaving the hotel that day and went elsewhere. We have photos of the roaches we smushed on the walls, floors, etc. we where refunded one night that we didn’t stay (2 night reservation) but I don’t think we should have paid for anything since we where up smashing roaches!!

Disappointing

Liked: Friendly front desk staff.
Disliked: Dirty floors, lightbulb by burned out. OJ machine out of OJ.
