Disliked: Sometimes it takes too long to check in. I would also like more movie channels on TV.

Liked: it wasn’t far from the studio i have a photoshoot at
Disliked: the front desk took 20 minutes to help us when no one was around then at 11:40 PM front desk worker let himself into our room for no reason at all. front desk alone was just very problematic then we went to the room that smelled strongly of cigarettes (mind you, this is supposedly a non smoking environment), towels were still very dirty, there was an obvious hole on the blankets, and there was no soap to wash your hands. absolutely outraged by the worker walking into our room so late at night for no reason it’s a violation of our safety. i wouldn’t come back again
