Disliked: The staff were incredibly rude and tried to change our reserved prices. Tried to tell me the room I had booked they didn’t have anymore and I’d need to find a different hotel. There was also mold in the room and it was dirty.

Disliked: Staff is rude. She’s on the phone while she checking me in and laughing . Shes talking in her own language while giggling secretly. Didnt shovel the stairs snow and my room is on second floor. Remote control needs to be change so it doesn’t work sometimes. The staff saying different price versus my app booking.
