Good for price

Liked: Happy was wonderful when he met us and easy check-in. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom had a new mirror, bath surround, and tile. I don't understand why they didn't finish the trim, paint, and deep clean it and put a new shower curtain. The fan in the bathroom helped block outside noise. Room heat worked great. The reviews are on point. The price was perfect for 1 night. Walked to town and falls within 5 minutes. Breakfast is free and fills you just enough to get on the road. The room is too small where they serve it, though. The pool looked nice indoors, but we had no time to swim. 10$ parking is affordable or go one lot over to the 5$ parking if room and open. They have cameras everywhere. We felt very safe

Location is great, value is...

Liked: Location just off Clifton hill and free parking are big plus to this hotel. Breakfast in the morning is typical waffles n toast.
Disliked: It’s definitely a dated property that has been lightly renovated, it shows its age but presents a good value still
