Liked: Upon arrival, I was automatically profiled and was denied access to my room. I had to sleep outside in the cold and had nowhere to go. The facility refused to let me check in and cancel my reservation without my permission.I called booking.com the next day and explained everything to them. Super 8 refused to paying me my money back and wanted to keep one nights worth of the payment. I don’t understand why when I was not the one who cancelled the reservation. My overall experience was horrible and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I am still trying to get my money back and Super 8 is refusing to return money they have no business keeping. I hope this does not happen to anyone else in the future. It is a horrible feeling paying for a bed and not be able to use it or get your money back to go somewhere else.

CRIMINALS AND SCAMMERS

Liked: BEWARE!! This hotel is a scammer!!! I made a reservation at this hotel two weeks in advance. With 5 days to check in, I received an email from this hotel that my reservation had been cancelled. I immediately contacted them because I had not cancelled my reservation, but the staff's English is so bad that they did not understand me and they hung up on me. Then I called Booking.com and they contacted the hotel and the hotel confirmed that it had been a mistake and that my reservation was still valid. I arrived at the hotel on the day of check in and the guy at the reception told me that my reservation was cancelled because my credit card was declined, which is absolutely false!!! But they told me that if I paid in cash and for a price of $345 usd they could give me a room, to which I said no. I called booking.com immediately and someone told me that these scammers overbook rooms (like an airline) and then ask for double the price (which is what I had booked for, since my reservation was $183 USD and now they were asking me for $345 USD). These kinds of criminals should not continue to operate and booking.com should exclude them from its list of accommodation providers.
