Disliked: Rough neighborhood, mold on walls in washroom.Houskeeping was below standard, cigarette burns on blankets.

Liked: From the beginning when we arrived we had a bad experience. Front desk wasn’t there. Doors were locked we had to wait on the front desk guy to come. Keys didn’t work… when we finally got in our room beds were dirty. Stink bugs everywhere, door to room didn’t work properly… the list goes on. We had the worst experience there and we requested no refund was given. Do not recommend

Liked: Staff were lovely, friendly, and helpful.Location to downtown Nashville was 10 minute bus ride xThey upgraded us to a bigger room with a sofa.
Disliked: This hotel is very run down. The first room we were given was filthy. The light fixture in the bathroom was hanging out of the ceiling. The second room was better, but freezing cold at night, the bed linen is not sufficient, needs more blankets. They don't provide tea/coffee in rooms, but it's available 24/7 in the lobby. Who wants to trapse to the lobby in the middle of the night for a brew! The breakfast was rubbish, two choices of crappy kids cereal. Absolutely not worth the money.Some of the lighting in the room didn't work and the plug socket were dodgy.
