Disliked: Very noisy! No breakfast like it said. People asking for money on the property . Outside not very clean, garbage everywhere

Very Disappointing

Liked: The location.was good and the seemed okay but they didn't do anything to correct the problems in the room.
Disliked: The light above the sink didn't work and either did the microwave. There were no outlets next to the bed and lampshade came off one of the lamps. And there was a mouse in the room.

Pleasant

Liked: The location was good, the room was comfortable and the staff were helpful.
Disliked: Bugs in the room.

Disliked: I don't even know where to start. If you are thinking of booking, don't!! If you've booked and can cancel....cancel!! In our 50 years, with lots of travelling, we can honestly say that this is the worse hotel we have ever stayed in. The photos on their website are of another hotel, not here. Firstly the location was terrible, there is a bus to the centre, but it's a really unsafe area, and every taxi we got, we were told to leave this area as it is so unsafe. We slept with a chair under the door. Shower curtain falling off the wall. Graffiti on the bathroom door.Hairdryer broken and felt that I could be electrocuted if I tried to fix it. I told them, they didn't fix it and we left after 3 days...nothing!!Fridge froze everything. No coffee in the room and in reception it was only for 'breakfast'.Breakfast was front loops and cold coffee, and a packed doughnut that had been sat on. It was filthy. I didn't take my shoes off once. We only slept here, but I would STRONGLY advise anyone never to choose this 'hotel'. If it was 10th of the cost, it would be too expensive. I don't usually write a review, but I feel responsible to let people know how this place is, and urge them not to stay. I wish I had listened to the other terrible reviews, because it was worse than they said.
