Arrived to check in for our 3 night stay to be told my smoking, queen size bed, room was not available that I would have to take a double bed room. After driving for 8 hours I agreed to it but wanted to change as soon as one was available. I asked every day to be told there were none. But the parking lot always had fewer cars than rooms here. Finally on the last day I demanded my money back to find another motel to stay for my last night and after arguing with a Mr. Patel for 40 minutes they switched me to a queen non smoking, which had a coffee pot and blow dryer (the double had neither). The elevator popped like it was gonna break at any given moment. Rooms were outdated, curtains ripped, carpet stained. No continental breakfast. Rang the buzzer at desk at 7:30 - no response. Never again would I stay at this motel nor would I recommend it to anyone else. The only plus was the convenience of getting on all the highways.

Liked: Convenience to the Woods Amphitheatre.
Disliked: Not what I booked and paid for a month in advance.

Bad

Liked: Toilet leaked in the first room. My son's room was not even made up. He switched room. It didn't even have a blow dryer. I was switched to a smaller room with a queen. I paid for a King. They gave me another room and the shower wouldn't drain. This is the worse place I ever stayed at. The breakfast was minimal.

Great place to stay in...

Liked: Room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and the location was great!

Liked: Being close to the Opry Convention Center
Disliked: didn't smell good. Staff wasn't welcoming or nice. Bathroom was nasty

Not worth the money to...

Liked: Not far off 65.
Disliked: Toilet did not flush. Cigarette burns in the comforters in both rooms. Loud, rattling air consider. Breakfast was cereal that was left over in the dispenser the night before because we looked in the dinning area at 8pm and it was still there at 6:15am when we went to leave.

Bad

Liked: Horrible , had no place to keep my drink cool , and the shower was stopped up the whole time

Liked: Price and location were decent. But the bed was stiff as a board, the entire building smelled like skunk weed, my AC unit sounded like a starship on its last leg and half the outlets didn't work. Oh and the fire alarm was pulled out. Just a hole in the ceiling. But hey, if none of that bothers you, you're in great shape.
