Terrible experience!

Liked: The location was excellent, but my suggestion would be for them to level this property. Build a new one and get new front desk staff!
Disliked: The pictures are very deceiving. The entry is a single glass door, and I’m thinking wheelchair access to this property is almost impossible. There is no elevator. Even though the lobby had no smoking signs posted in it, the lobby smelled like cigarette smoke the entire time and even reached my 2nd floor room. Even though it was in a decent part of town, I had concerns for my safety just from the shadiness of the hotel itself. The breakfast consisted of toast, yogurt, a waffle maker, and some bananas and that was about it! It truly was one of the five worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and if I were paying by value, $50 a night would be way too much! When I checked out, even though the receptionist could hear me coming down the steps, she didn’t bother to get up from her texting conversation to greet me at the desk when I turned in my keys. Miserable stay.
