Liked: I can’t express enough gratitude for how accommodating the staff was. While I didn’t personally stay at the hotel, I booked a room for two friends who had recently fallen on hard times. Their car’s starter went out after a previous repair, leaving them without heat and forced to sleep in their vehicle as temperatures dropped to 17°F. Knowing this, I couldn’t rest until I helped them.At first, they hesitated to accept the offer, but when they broke down in tears, I knew getting them a warm place to stay was the right thing to do. These two are some of the most selfless, humble, and caring people I’ve ever been blessed to know. Securing a room last minute was effortless thanks to the compassionate staff at Super 8.Thank you for making such a meaningful impact, even in a small way. Your kindness does not go unnoticed.

Disliked: Booked a non-smoking room, signed a contract that we would not smoke in the room, walked into the room and it had been smoked in, asked for a different room and they said they were booked, and the only option was to give us a spray to help with the smell.
