Worst stay of our trip!

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: 1- The receptiinist wanted to charge me more than booking page stated.2- After the 1st of us took a shower, the water didn't get warm again. We called the management guy that said that went to reset the boiler, what didn't work. It continued coming out only a little warm until morning.3- The ice machine only made noise. NO ice!4- The so called "breakfast" had coffee with powder creamer, very sweet cookies and granola bars. That"s it! There was a toaster there, but no toast. No fruit. No milk. NOTHING else!

Disliked: They have no accommodations for handicap or persons with wheelchair. Would not refund me back when I let them know we needed to stay at another more accommodle hotel.
