Liked: Only customer service
Disliked: The mattress is sagging, and the blanket has holes. The shower is also dirty, the bath is rusty, and the showerhead is also rusty.

Liked: Bed is comfy. Room is clean.
Disliked: We booked the reservation with breakfast but they are renovating the area, so no breakfast provided during our stay.
