This stay turned my daughter...

Liked: The desk staff was kind and personable.
Disliked: The facility is outdated and not very clean. There were stains on the carpet and spilled "something" on several of the walls. The beds were old, noisy and uncomfortable with sheets that reminded me of my Gramma's 40 year old extra bed sheets, thin and pilly. We could smell marijuana in our room through the vents and it is supposed to be a non-smoking facility.

Liked: The breakfast was good just wish it lasted a little longer. That you had a pool for my kids to swim in.
Disliked: The hallways where cold. The look in general was not appealing. Could hear everything that was going on in the hallway when people walked by. Pool and breakfast times where not posted. Had to guess the receptionist extension because it was not listed.

Liked: Very nice staff. Helpful when needed.
Disliked: The pool was extremely cold when my son wanted to go swimming. We couldn’t get into our room and had our cards fixed once and still couldn’t get into our room. They had to use a machine to get us in so someone always had to be in the room otherwise we were locked out. Door was obviously malfunctioning.

Liked: The breakfast was good, it would be better if there were more options.
Disliked: The staff not being available, all staff were outside smoking when I needed them. The curtains in the room were moldy. Pool was really cold.

Liked: Breakfast was ok. The location for where it was served was good. Location of the hotel was great.
Disliked: The pool was closed for service which was not advertised this would of effected me booking the hotel. There was gross cracking caulking around the toilet. The room wasn't really clean.
