Disliked: Bathtub drain stop was non functional, hair dryer didn’t work, blanket was like a sheet. The bathroom door looked like it was ripped off and just screwed the face back on. States there’s breakfast but it’s literally just bagged cinnamon rolls.

Liked: Staff was cooperative and friendly. We are in transition to a new apartment, but we were homeless and finances tight. We were able to extend our stay as we received funds.
Disliked: The rooms need to be updated. They are starting to do this.

Horrible

Liked: The night woman was very nice.
Disliked: The bed was terrible. Couldn't even sleep in the bed. It was like sleeping on a board. Literally had to get out of bed to sleep in chairs in the middle on the night. I'm so confused. Does anyone try your beds out to see how horrible they are? Broken glass on the floor and little pieces of garbage on the floor it was not vacuumed. Dead bugs in tub. The bathroom floor was gross. I will never return and I will be telling people about our experience.

Not expecting this poor hotel

Liked: The location is good, easy to find, close to home, highway. 1 of my 2 rooms was good, T.V., microwave, bathroom and refrigerator was good
Disliked: Staff said they will let the manager know about my concerns next week when the manager comes which is bad, because after I must have gone home. T.V is not working in one of my 2 rooms till we finished our stay, Wifi not steady, no cooked breakfast, just more of snack honey buns, sachet Oatmeal, Half and half, small gallon of milk, fruit punch, Activia yorghurt, coffee and hot coca, no eggs, no bread, nothing else.
