Worst place I’ve ever stayed

Liked: Terrible management and numerous maintenance issues. The hotel ran out of clean towels and never cleaned our rooms. Front desk was rarely attended. I wouldn’t stay here again even if it was free

Liked: Online look totally different when you go in person first got there bed sheets was dirty got more sheets they was not the best either the housekeeper came in my room when i was gone didn’t get any trash got the big /medium towels that was dirty on the floor but left the small towels there I asked for more towels they supposed to been brought them i had to go get them myself this hotel wouldn’t be my choice again if i had to go Mobile again didn’t take any pictures i was to upset.

Disliked: Room were outdated. No clean sheets on the bed. We had to purchase our own at Walmart. Towels were nasty looking. Floors need polishing and wall need painting.

Liked: I booked online as we were traveling. The picture shown of the property is BEYOND deceitful! As you pull in you have to drive around and notice how old the actual building is. People standing outside looking totally unsafe and the building should be condemned ASAP like tomorrow wouldn't be to soon! Despicable and beyond deceitful, I was able to cancel because we booked online with the pay at property agreement!

Disliked: The rooms weren’t clean or mopped. They didn’t have the refrigerator hooked up I had to get an extension cord.Our other room they never gave them clean towels in room 163 after staying from Wed-Sunday

Liked: Breakfast was ok and bed was comfortable
Disliked: Neighborhood not so good bathtub wouldn't drain broken windows and foggie couldn't see out of no phone charge station no coffee pot in room
