It was overall great and...

Liked: The room was cozy and was able to enjoy my stay with my partner.
Disliked: I did not like how the washer at the property is outdated to where it jammed when inserting quarters to start the washing machine. The dryer worked fine, but it seems to me that the washer and dryer need to be upgraded. Another experience that I had was one of the staff members who came to my door about my checkout. I upgraded my checkout time to a different time along with a new number due to my previous room key did not work. The staff member was rude to me when speaking to me about my room and checkout.

Worst hotel experience of our...

Disliked: Desk staff harassed us. Called 4 times and called us to front desk 4 times after 9pm even though we had an early flight. Said needed a 2nd confirmation number (had 2 rooms) even though booking.com had given us only one and we showed our receipt.

Liked: Location and free shuttle to airport
Disliked: Some light bulbs in the room was damaged

Disliked: I made (2) requests for wake-up calls...( 2 night stay)...the next morning call was never placed and the departure morning call was 1/2 hour late....very discouraging. both days i had appointments in the area....and a lot of aniety in reaching them I also asked if I anyone would be "in" the room while I was away ( 2 night stay)...and was told NO ...good :).../I left personal articles in place while away. ..returned to find that the maid had entered to replace towels in bathroom...
