Disliked: “The Worst Stay I Have Ever Experienced!”I stayed at this hotel with my family at the beginning of the year for 3 nights, and it was one of the most disappointing stays of my life. Let me highlight a few points that made this experience unbearable. 1. Pool and Jacuzzi – Unbearable Chlorine Smell:On the first day, I decided to relax and use the pool, but I couldn’t even get into the water — the chlorine smell was so overwhelming that it completely killed any desire to swim. I hoped the jacuzzi would be better, but it was even worse. The smell of chlorine there was so strong that I couldn’t bear it and had to leave. 2. Breakfast – Total Disappointment:One of the reasons I chose this hotel was the promise of complimentary breakfast. However, every morning when I went to the buffet, there was practically no food available. Items ran out quickly, and no one seemed to replenish them. One day, they even ran out of batter, and many guests couldn’t have pancakes. For three days, I left the breakfast area hungry! This is completely unacceptable for a hotel that advertises breakfast as included. 3. Cleanliness in the Room – Shocking:The most unpleasant part was the state of the bathroom. When I wanted to use the bathtub, I found it dirty with visible stains left from previous guests. I had to buy cleaning supplies myself to scrub the tub so I could actually use it.The toilet was also dirty, and there wasn’t even a toilet brush to clean it. If I could clean the tub myself with inexpensive cleaning supplies in just a few minutes, why can’t your staff do the same during regular housekeeping? This raises serious concerns about your cleaning standards and staff training. 4. Staff – Completely Indifferent:The receptionist who greeted us clearly had no interest in her job. She was unfriendly, never made eye contact with guests, and gave the impression that she hated everything about her work. Such an attitude is completely unacceptable!

Liked: Very good hotel. I would like to note the attentive attitude, care of the administrators, cleanliness in the rooms, lobby, pool, gym, room. Silence during your stay at the hotel. The room is spacious, the beds are comfortable, wide, three pillows, soft mattress. Hair dryer, air conditioner, all sockets, TV, microwave, refrigerator work. There is a coffee maker, ironing board and iron, table and two chairs. Breakfast: scrambled eggs, yogurt, sausages, waffles, sandwiches, fruits, juices. Juice, tea and coffee 24/7. I will come again in the summer

A wonderful place to stay...

Liked: The free breakfast. It is great to start the day with a good breakfast. I also liked that there were many shops within walking distance. The room we had was quite spacious so we could spread out and weren’t on top of each other constantly.

Disliked: the foul language used by one staff member while cleaning the breakfast area as they were chatting to someone on their cell phone. Totally unacceptable behavior, 1. using personal cell phone while on the job and 2 foul language

Exceeded my expectations, would stay...

Liked: The location is right beside A&W and Starbucks, walking distance to easily grab some food. There is a pool, hot tub and gym in the building to use. The complimentary breakfast included waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, cereal, fruit, yogurt, bread, coffee and juices. The heater in the room also worked really strongly.
Disliked: The TV didn't turn on in my room. And the walls were quite thin, I could hear the neighbors talking in the middle of the night and cars driving by the window.
