Liked: Free parking right below room, well-lit parking area and walkways, New furniture, microwave, fridge, big bathroom counter, good A/C, good bed, hair dryer worked, lots of TV channels, new flooring, nice body wash/hand soap, shampoo, cream.
Disliked: Cold shower, no hot water in sink, no waffles for breakfast, desk clerk balked when I asked for another roll of toilet paper, even though I was staying 2 nights. Boss told her to give me one. Had trouble opening door with key cards, so did clerk.

Liked: Close to freeway. Room serviced during stay (2 nights).
Disliked: Bed very hard. Curtains thin and let in too much light. Previous tenant's used (and blackened) washcloth fell on my head the first time I used the shower.

Liked: Location was nice and the room was clean
Disliked: I did not have hot water in this room - the fire alarm was missing - and the hotel did not have breakfast besides some fruit and a honey bun available - everything else was broken or not being served for breakfast. - I was also still charged incidental

Liked: I was not allowed room at 12 midnight when I booked. Told I had to wait until 3pm.
Disliked: Yes I didn't get a refund and have to wait 3-5 days to see if I will be refunded.
