It was the worst experience...

Liked: Nothing there was Roaches in the place where you sit your cup to get orange juice in the morning when I book the room it didn’t have all these additional rules and regulations extra fees that I was forced to pay upon arrival
Disliked: The staff was nasty and rude the management didn’t back the employees statement of how long I could stay didn’t clean the room I cleaned my own room and emptied my own trash the staff made up there own set of rules after my check in I asked questions upon my arrival that the staff answered based on the law of the town and the management of the location told me they have there own laws they didn’t abide by the law of the city I felt very uncomfortable as a woman with the men that ran the establishment they were aggressive and rude I was told I had to many bags in my room I bought snacks to have for my son and myself they didn’t do the needed repairs my sink drained slow the faucet was secured to the sink when I turned on the water the entire faucet moved and the hair dryer was a fire hazard it smelt like it was going to catch fire when I turned it on also sparked when I cut it on some of the staff told me they were making up things on the fly after I checked in to make uncomfortable one of the cleaning staff hugged me after I told them what I was dealing with I wanted an extended stay and they told me I could do 28 days when I went to extend after my first 5 days they told me I could only do 3 more they told me they were planning to go to no one staying more than a day i don’t know how you run a hotel with one day stays please make that make sense I feel as if I was racially profiled for being a black woman I have never stayed at a hotel as long as you paid for your stay being treated so badly it sad that the people here feel like they can speak and treat there customers any kinda way some one needs to stop this or this place should be shut down there so many other places in this area I would have never come here had I had known this was going to be the outcome of my stay
