Liked: Breakfast was great.

Better than expected.

Liked: The facility and room was clean. The staff was very nice
Disliked: Parking lot was very icy. The hallway smelled of marijuana smoke. The bed was very uncomfortable and toilet kept running.

No smoking room stunk of...

Liked: I loved the modern room with full-size beds instead of huge queen beds, just the right amount and type of pillows and soft linens and a warm blanket. The room was toasty warm. I appreciate having a non-carpeted floor. I like that it is pet friendly at an additional reasonable cost although we were pet free today. I love having the option for a late check out for a minimal fee too. A huge bonus was having a staff member offer to shovel out to gain safe and easy entry around my car particularly with the huge lake storm that came through dumping tons of snow.
Disliked: It would’ve been great to have hard boiled eggs in addition to the variety of other breakfast options.

Liked: Front desk was helpful.
Disliked: I wish they told us not to do the pre-check in. They run your card at pre-check in (check in from the text link they send you). It said a small fee; it was the full amount. Then when you actually check in, they charge you the full amount. Just wish that was more clear

Disliked: I didn't get to stay...they said no rooms available due to not being cleaned, when I asked if and when they would be ready his answer was I don't know.
