Liked: The people on the night shift were awesome! Day shift was ok, but not with the same treatment.Good bed, had a comfortable sleep.
Disliked: Bad breakfast, small place, no space for the guests, just in front of the entrance door.Dirty room, had dog food spread on the room floor. Toilet flushing poorly, few towels in the bathroom.

Liked: Very nice receptionist and cleaning lady, good location, felt very safe, spacious rooms, restaurants in walking distance, good rates, comfy beds, easy check in and out
Disliked: The hallway ceiling needs some repairs, the dehumidifier in the hallway was very loud in some nights, the shower was very hard to switch to the showerhead without ripping the whole faucet off, the smoke detector flashed incredibly bright at night (like getting a flash photo taken), the train nearby can be quite loud and annoying

Liked: The interaction was very good, especially with Ms. Jennifer. She was very kind and extremely generous. I would like to thank her from the bottom of my heart because when you talk to this lady, you realize that there are still good people in this world who wish well for everyone.

Very good for motel style...

Liked: I think kim was her name very helpful and sweet! Probably one of the nicest cheap places. Some things with the building are not perfect but the rooms were clean and had a dehumidifier in the room to fight the humidity. The bowl was disgusting holding the water so we turned it off to be sure we weren’t spreading mold in the air you could just have it removed or clean it but we just left it alone. It was decent mattresses and clean rooms and every cheap motel by the beach has humidity problems so just ignore it or pay for an expensive place. Great location near the beach and close drive to Orlando, lots of springs within 2 hours

I would stay here again.

Liked: The breakfast was fine. I donate me so I wish there had been maybe just some hard-boiled eggs as another protein in the morning. No complaints though
