Will not be back !

Liked: The stay and the room were just fine but at checkout they would not accept the free night stay coupon I had. Said it had to be used at CHECK IN Just too bad nothing on the coupon said that or was not mentioned at check in. Might as well use it for toilet paper because I don’t think I will be back. Agreed to the $20 charge for my dog but think $20 a night is ridiculous!!!!

I really enjoyed the free...

Liked: It was located centrally. The staff are always friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and I would recommend it for anyone travelling through medicine hat for a stop over.
Disliked: It was all great. There was nothing to complain about.

Disliked: We booked solely because of the jacuzzi, guess what, it was down for renovation. It was cold out, so the heater was cutting in every 5 minutes and sounded like a freight train. I requested 1 queen size bed, so there would be room to move around, got 2 beds, no room to move
