Liked: I reserved my room through booking.com supposedly the hotel and the website are have it communication issues they ended up booking me a handicap room which in turn was not a handicap room at all the rooms are connected to another person's room there was dirty shower heads dry used up sandpaper towels a 2x4 to support the window unit of the AC we were told that we could bring our pet but they charged $50 for the two nights compared to some competitors where they don't charge for pets and then I felt it was suspicious because I've left my pet in the room with no worries because my animal is trained to stay in the room without tearing up anything but more like guarding it and they were telling me that we couldn't do that or we had to leave it in a kennel and that made me feel like there was something going on because they told us housekeeping wouldn't even come until the 3rd of day of the week something like that so housekeeping wasn't even really in the room as much as they made it seem and then even with us telling the front desk we don't need anything it's more like request what we need and then we even put a do not disturb sign on the door and we even communicated with the housekeeping that we didn't need anything that we had a dog in the room so that they wouldn't go in there overall it was a big old mess for two nights it started off with 131 that turned into 147 with taxes and then that turned into 153 because the room was handicap so they was trying to put me in another room but the room was not even handicap or wheelchair accessible so even if the person needed it which I would have been glad to give it up it wasn't what they said including the security deposit and the pet fees like over $200 just for two nights this place is not recommended I would not recommend this place to anybody else

Liked: Location was good. We needed a place to stay for an early morning procedure. It was close to the hospital
Disliked: The smell was strong in the lobby and hallways. Very overbearing scents. Our room was hot and musty when walking in. We turned on the AC and sprayed our perfume to help. Room was clean. Fan did not work in bathroom. Shower did not work either. We used about a 1/2 bottle of spray perfume trying to mask the musty smell.

Good
