Liked: I very much appreciated the staff. They were all exceptional workers and my stay was boosted as a result of them.
Disliked: My microwave was in French, the internet was low quality, the air conditioner did not work for heating nor cooling and the side door didn't work and had to be blocked with a cinder block.

Disliked: The room looked as if had not been cleaned in awhile, the sheets on one of the beds hadn't been changed, the room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. There were stink bugs, and roaches in the room crawling on the walls and around the mini fridge. On my way out in the morning I had a cockroach climb out of my hat.
