Disliked: It should be insulated better. I couls hear everything that went on upstairs from me. Everything step, every bathroom use. It was awful.

Liked: Stay was good. Clean and neat.
Disliked: Continental breakfast was disappointing. This was at 7:15 am. Coffee, package oatmeal, no hot water for said oatmeal and granola bars. No fruit, muffins,bagels or even bread for toast... Well, there wasn't a toaster anyway.

Terrible customer service

Liked: Nothing rude theiving staff
Disliked: I didn't like being charged for a night we didn't stay. And being threatened to be escorted out when asking when my card would be refunded. The website stated pet friendly, but staff rudely told us to leave or remove pets and put them where? There was no attempt to help with situation only aggression. This is very unprofessional and poor business management especially for such a big company that is in the customer service industry. That is theft when you take and do not provide the service that was paid for. If there was miscommunication there should have been some sort of compromise a profession way to deal with the situation not threatening your guests immediately. How very disheartening for a huge company to allow it's employees to treat customers so very cruelly. Traveling guests with no other accommodations being threatened is horrible.

Superb

Liked: Compared to other USA lodgement on this trip, I was happy to find oatmeal, yogurt and fresh orange juice at the breakfast. Easy and free parking on site and entrance to the hotel from both side of the building made access convenient especially with a lot of luggage. The staff is amazing, I did forgot my wallet in the room and they reached out on me by phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, email....and then they sent the wallet to my home in Spain by FedEx with all the cards and documents inside. Excellent service! I travel a lot and also work on tourism myself and this is not something that can be arranged as smoothly nowadays - Thank You <3
Disliked: I never reserve smoking room as we are hypersensitive to odors, but at the check in I was told that the reservation came in as smoking room. Luckily the room was not that smelly and opening the window helped to freshen the rest. This is more as an advice to others that please read carefully the long descriptions of each room types as there are many and you might get confused as I did.
