Disliked: This hotel shou not be approved as a franchise. Wyndham has no standard. The public suffers We will stay away from Wyndham from now on

Liked: It was in a good area surrounded by lots of stores
Disliked: Hotel staff was rude, it wasn't very clean! I will never choose this hotel again.

Disliked: breakfast was advertised.....all they had was coffee, apple juice and spoiled orange juice

It smells funny, it was grungy and old. The hallway looks like it has not vacuumed for at least a year. Couldnt see out
Liked: Location and convenience but was not worth it with the conditions.

Super 8 in Martinsburg, WV
Liked: Very quiet at night. Room stayed cool.Got extra towels when requested.Manager &Staff very helpful and nice.We stayed 3 days and noone came into our room to replace towels, get garbage or anything.
Disliked: Room was supposed to be handicap accessible, it wasn't.Couldn't leave pets in room.Smell of Pot in the hallway at night, very strong.Part of handrail in hallway was damaged.Room was outdated by 20+ years.Refrigerator wasn't real cold.Unsavory customers at hotel.Allowed Pit Bulls to stay.
