Liked: The staff was friendly.
Disliked: The toilet wouldn't flush. Like not at all. We had to plunge it every time we flushed. At one point, we had no hot water.

Liked: Convenient location. Comfortable accommodations. Easy check in and check out. Parking right outside the room. Workable microwave oven and mini refrigerator. Friendly hosts.
Disliked: First floor room requires taking steps down to get to it and then up to get to office level. Lighting in room only with table lamps and a floor lamp -- not bright enough. paint on wall by window scratched off and ceiling material near window was loose. Because room was below ground level, the window view was, to say the least, not good.
