Took the 3 Hour drive...
Liked: Nothing!
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that when we arrived to our room, it was dirty. It was dirty, not just messy. It was filthy the other room they gave us. The clerk felt embarrassed of the situation because he was kind to change our room but it smelled horrible like cigarettes, but I’ve tried to get my money back. With no luck or response from anyone. I tried emails to Contact you or super 8 they said it’s up to you Booking.com but like I said no response I guess booking through you has failed me.

Very comfortable and clean
Liked: Room had many needed appliances sucj as microwave, ample refridgerator, and an IRON.LOVED THE FACT THAT 2ND STORY ROOM HAD A WINDOW THAT I COULD OPEN AND CLOSENighttime staff (Paul) was awake and very welcoming at Midnight. Loved the fact that he was able to change my room on request
Disliked: Elevator to 2nd floor is needed. Also had difficulty with the door key which didn't unlock outside door nearest to my room.
