All in all, for the...

Liked: Clean and comfortable room. It was very quiet. I did not hear the noises from other rooms or anything outside, such as traffic or sirens, etc.
Disliked: No elevator. Older people with knee or hip problems who have to carry luggage up and down stairs is not comfortable. there were issues with the lock on my room. My key kept not working. Door locks seem old.

Disliked: Room service did not clean our room we had to get our own towels we had to get our own sheets we had to make our own bed and make sure we had toiletries and shampoo. And there was no safe in the room and it said that every room had a safe and the window was broken and we had to listen to the Halloween most of the time we were there never got the carpet vacuumed except for one time the people didn't come up and back in the room and clean they just forgot to bring the towels and everything that wasn't really happy about that the staff was not very friendly or smiling there is one girl that always smiled at date night time she worked she was very pleasant with us.

Liked: I arrived at 4:30 am by train in Topeka with my 3 little kids I called a week before I was told I could do a early check in the lady said I could she works nights usually and noted it when I arrived she told me I couldn’t but she let me anyways with an extra price
Disliked: I left my board games by accident I called the ent day they told me they toss the items out I thought I was given a time frame to pick them up usually they said if it’s not jewelry or something important they toss it out that’s weird to me I started over moving from California I was homeless in a shelter with 3 small kids and I feel like they stole my items kept them for themselves I actually want to call corporate about this!!
