Liked: Convenient
Disliked: Bed bugs, has to ask for microwave and fridge which if I hadn’t known there was supposed to be one in room after staying here multiple times I wouldn’t have known.

Liked: Nothing, the cockroaches scattered when we turned the bathroom lights on. Woke up to a cockroach party on my face.
Disliked: Absolutely everything

The cost of a cheaper...

Liked: I registered online as I was going to be coming in after a long day. I was met by a surly man in reception who couldn't locate my reservation and was demanding that I make out a new registration. When I protested that I had already done the work and paid...to avoid this very thing, he became impatient. I felt he was rude. He immediately changed his attitude when a white man entered the lobby to check in, which gave me to feel that he had issues with me as a white woman. Whatever it was, it was not a good feeling. The place itself' the elevator, the hallways were very dirty, although my room was quite clean. I have to say, after that unwelcoming reception, I did not feel safe, as a woman travelling alone; very unfortunate. In short, the place was pretty dirty, the reception negative...but the rate was lower than other places and it LOOKED good on line, but did not measure up.
Disliked: the receptionist was rude, the public areas were dirty and I did not feel safe

Turned away.

Disliked: Stayed there before with the same companion. Last Saturday was turned away because of 2nd parties Manchester address. I travel and secured the room for myself being the payee.

Bad

Terrible.

Disliked: I called prior to booking my reservation asking if an 18 year old was allowed to book a room. I showed up after booking online and the staff at the front desk said I wasn't allowed to get a room, or my money back.

Dark, dingy, dirty.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Everything. Honestly, it seems like it was used as a homeless shelter. That’s fine but shouldn’t also be listed on your site.
