Disliked: Too much foot traffic, possibly drug dealers

Liked: Staff are friendly, good location
Disliked: Sink is clogged, cabinet is broken, free breakfast is just coffee or tea, door card key is not sensitive in opening the door needs to swipe couple of times

Disliked: This is my 2nd time booking at Super 8 (first was at NC) so I was expecting to have a good experience as well but here in Manassas I booked a room with breakfast included (same as before), and then on the morning of our stay, the guy from the front desk told us that they only offered coffee and that they haven't been serving breakfast for 3 YEARS now!! Blamed us for booking online that we did not know about this. It did not help that the guy from the front desk was rude. I would have let it pass that the room had broken tiles, blankets were burned from cigarettes (in a non-smoking room!), and filthy towels (that looked like blood!) I'll never book with Super 8 ever again!

Disliked: Covered in ice. Not furnished as described. Breakfast was only granola bars.
