Very disappointed. Room smelled stale.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Room was clean but had a horrible stale smell.

The clerk refused to give me an invoice for the cost of the room, although it was my money that had purchased it. The room was very small and stuffy and reeked of cigarette smoke although we had requested (and were given) an non-smoking room.

Liked: Very friendly staff
Disliked: Quality of room

Liked: I have nothing positive to say.
Disliked: They have a roach infestation. The first staff member we talked to told my fiancée “good” after she told him about the roaches in the room. I heard this as I was walking back in. Then he denied saying that when I walked in. All he said after I talked to him was “email” and handed me a card. We left and even before we were in the vehicle we saw him but on his jacket and walk away. We went back inside and there was a new front desk worker. She told us that a manager would be in contact with us in a few hours days later still waiting for that call. 0/10

Liked: The service at the front desk was amazing. The continental breakfast was very delicious. Felt like home as it was cozy.
Disliked: The lady having a drunkin conversation at 345 am in fro t of your hotel room. But whatever... not the hotels fault.
