Very disappointed. Room smelled stale.

Disliked: Room was clean but had a horrible stale smell.

The clerk refused to give me an invoice for the cost of the room, although it was my money that had purchased it. The room was very small and stuffy and reeked of cigarette smoke although we had requested (and were given) an non-smoking room.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and kind. They upgraded my room without a charge when I mistakenly booked the wrong type online. The rooms are nicely updated and spacious, which made a stay with my large dog comfortable.
Disliked: The exterior and hallways of the motel have not been updated and are fairly rundown. The neighbourhood feels a bit sketchy, but maybe I'm just used to a small town.
