Disliked: There was roaches. The room smelt heavily like paint. And the fridge didn’t work. The bed was also super hard

Disliked: Everything, our door would not lock, the shower wouldn’t get hot, the toilet flushed but then it wouldn’t flush, it smelled like pee everywhere in the room, the bedding had holes that looked to be from a lighter.

Super Zero, the worst hotel...

Liked: I liked when it was time to leave.
Disliked: DO NOT STAY HERE. The managment staff is rude scammers and dismissive. They attempt to increase the amount of deposit because I was fron Louisville. The add says 50.00, he tried to charge 60. I had to extend my stay and they charged another 60.00 deposit. There is a bed bug infestation and the entire hotel needs to close for cleaning and renovations. After being bit multiple time, I took the sheets off to find the mattress was severely soiled from a previous stay. The tub was stained, the coffee pot was filthy (management refused to replace) I will be reporting this facility to the health department. This hotel has had bed buhs sincr 2019.

I would recommend the hotel...

Liked: Some of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. and the staff was amazing. The rooms were also very clean and I love the atmosphere.
Disliked: The fact that there were no smoking rooms

Liked: A female receptionist this morning canceled my reservation after being rude and disrespectful to me . I only needed my stay extended which I have paid and wanted this staff to confirm it for me only for me to be sacked from the hotel. This staff an Indian young lady will need some training on customer service. I was really disappointed and had no one to complain to which is unfortunate.

I would not recommend this...

Liked: The rate is cheaper compared to other similar places around the area. The location is good and close to where I travel to for work.
Disliked: There were cockroaches in the room. The door would not lock from the outside, so anybody could go in your room and steal your stuff if they wanted to. The water pressure is bad and takes a while to shower because of it.
