The distance to the venue (Hollywood Palladium) was awesome. It was walking distance but I was too lazy - haha!

Dissapointing

Disliked: The unfriendly attitude of the man at the reception desk.The long weight to get n my a/c to work.The lack of response to my 5 phone calls asking for help.

Uneasy

Disliked: Non smoking room whith ash trays, smoke detectors coverd with plastic bags Sleep less Peaple walking back n fourth in there room above all night.marijua smell as you get off the elevator upstairs. Breakfast could be better.

Great value comfortable stay

Liked: Free breakfast was great basic but allYou need to start the day . Location was good but we didnt walk around at nighth
Disliked: Extra pillows were not available and room was not serviced daily. We had to ask for more toilet paper etc
